Library preparation in just one working day
We have been offering products of our partner company AmoyDx® for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) since 2019. The creation of many AmoyDx® NGS libraries is based on the HANDLE system (Halo-shaped ANnealing and Defer-Ligation Enrichment). This fast protocol has only six steps and can be finished in just one working day. All reactions take place in only one tube per patient.
Moreover, we offer kits that can be used to detect unknown fusion partners by means of a hybrid capture technology, the so-called ddCAP technology (dual-directional capture technology).

The AmoyDx®-ddCAP kits (Hybrid Capture)
The protocol of AmoyDx® ddCAP (dual directional capture) kits encompasses a two-day workflow. It is based on hybrid capture technology and therefore enables the detection of unknown gene fusions.

The ANDAS analysis server
For analysis of sequencing data that was generated with AmoyDx® NGS kits, Zytomed Systems offers the AmoyDx® NGS data analysis system (ANDAS) from our partner AmoyDx®. The system encompasses a local work station and the preinstalled ANDAS analysis software. Included in the software are specific analysis modules for data analysis of the different AmoyDx® sequencing panels. The analysis modules are based on several sequence variant databases and are updated regularly. NGS data analysis with the ANDAS system is therefore fast and easy to accomplish.
